Crossroads — complaint about validity and fees charged incorrectly

Hi

I have paid the fees for 3 year support services. But in online portal the validity of the same is showing as 2 years.

I have sent multiple reminder and done the phone calls on customer care but there is no resolution provided on the same yet but rather i got to know that there is no option for 3 year.

However l have also sent the copy of the receipt also through mail with them where it is clearly given the validity of 3 yrs.
