Crossroads — Fraudulent behaviour for services | |||||
Respected sir, I bought Crossroads hatchback service contract on 26/11/2016. Paying Rs 2500 in cash.I bought this after a salesgirl called me from number [protected]. She told me that My car will be serviced within 48hours of payment. On 28, I called crossroads helpline number, they told me that i will receive a callback, even after 48 hours, i did not received one, so i called them again on 30th, on 30th, i was told that merchants are booked already, and i will get it serviced by 5th December. On 5th december, and i did not received any call, and when i called them, it was again postponed to 6th of Jan, this time by their top executive with mob no. [protected].Now, even on 6th of jan, it was still not serviced and they told that their car broke down, now they are resheduling it to 19th of Jan. Sir, this is bizarre such a careless attitude of these people have towards your customers. I request you to get my refund Asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
