Crossroads — Refund of rs2500 as service not done | |||
Crossroads asked payment for service in advance which i paid rs 2500 for door step service on 26 oct 2016 for my car dl8cx4831 vide receipt no. 16144 dt 23 oct 2016. I am calling crossroad helpline no. 52630 from my mobile on daily basis but no call back * no one contacting for service. I am fed up & want refund of rs 2500 so that i can get service from other co. Here I am complaining the same... They are not even reverting my mails... I am going to write regularly on their facebook page and complain in consumer court
