Sir,
i paid 32300 rupees to above company account on 27/12/2018 for a mobile recharge api . and they said ( name PANKAJ & NEELIMA ) the product will be deliver within 7 working days . and after 7 days they said some updation on play store so it will be ready on JAN 9th 2019 . and after that they said their company joined with new company "RénqúnQuè" so need some agreement for KYC . and sent the KYC by mail and i post the hard copy to their address and that they said some excuses every days, now it's take 1 month still they are not delivered it .and not replying properly my messages and mails also i lost my customers for this issue and i lost my credibility . also i gave my aadhar and pan card attested copies (with their agreement) . so i want the refund amount total 32300 rupees and my expenses. also i need my documents hard copy .
