Crown Honda Noida — fabricated bill and non delivery of services after charging full amount

Yesterday evening i called up crown honda, noida for booking service appointment for my car honda jazz - pb27e1009 for 28th december 2019 and requested for pick & drop service.
On 28th december 2019, my car was picked up by mr. Vivek at 0950 hrs. At the time of appointment, i was told that my vehicle will be delivered by 1500 hrs as it takes only 4 hours for service.
Mr. Gaurav tomar (Service advisor) called me on 28th december 2019 and informed me about the estimate around inr 8000. I requested for rubbing and polishing of my car which mr. Garvav promised me. I also told him about only technical problem that the car horn is not working properly. still not working car horn.
At 1446 hrs, mr. Gaurav called me and said that my car brake leather is not in proper condition. I told him that my car has driven only 30000 kms and i know that they are fine but mr. Gaurav insisted for change by almost threatening me. Mr. Gaurav is the most useless, incompetent and good for nothing and lier of the service squad.
I reached crown honda at 1700 hrs to see the actual position of car. It was parked near the main gate. It was very dirty and dusty.
I have the following complaints and grievance:
1. When i asked the delayed delivery of my car, the appointment executive told me that crown honda has not called me for car service. I have contacted them and booked the car service. Crown honda do not need car for services and if someone is still coming, will have to bear everything as crown honda is doing huge favour by servicing my car. People like me are fool, giving their car for service to such ill-mannered people.
2. I believe that the brake leather of my car was fine and it is deliberately changed to make money by the service centre and worn-out part of some other car was shown to me.
3. Mr. Gaurav is highly unprofessional person. I promised me several things but none of them is delivered. My bill was increased by unethical practices, my car was not at all cleaned rather say it was dirty. The foot mate below driver seat has a in-built lock so that the mate will not slip but the intelligent staff crown honda do not know this and placed the mate in opposite direction.
4. Rubbing on my car was deliberately not done.
5. Upon asking the reason, mr. Gaurav, mr. Rakesh and service manager were making all sort of excuses and were telling that it will be done but it was never done. It is there plan to fool customer. They deliberately delay the delivery of the vehicle till night so that the customer will not be able to see their incomplete task and ill-acts.
6. I tried to communicate with ms. Rashmi kukreti (Service crm) but i am sorry to say that she is the most arrogant, unprofessional, ill-mannered person i have come across. she threatened me by saying crown honda is very powerful and i cant do anything. She also said to me that she will see who will do the service of my car.
I entire mechanism of service crown honda is a failure. They are thugs of honda.
7. I asked for drop of my car but after paying the bill, they didnt bother. I asked mr. Vikas who picked my car in the morning but he disaappeared after getting singal from service team. They deliberately did this and showed their mental sickness and professional ethics.
8. Even at the time of taking my car out of the service centre and giving gate pass, i showed mr. Rakesh how dirty was the car?
Finally, i want to ask after paying inr 12540 what i deserve:dirty and dusty car (Internal and external) uncleaned side mirrorshand marks and prints on the windshieldstill not working car hornfabricated wornout parts denied car drop. Above all arrogant, unprofessional and harassing attitude of the service staff.
