Never buy accessories from crown honda, first they installed faulty items and on getting complaint of the the same, they file the complaint with the corresponding company leave you alone to keep tracking with the company to get problem fixed. In my case it was with parking sensor of Black kat company that i got it fitted in new honda city car i bought 2 month back. For any other issues also i have to make lots of visit to crown honda. I never get feedback call regarding my issues addressal. For the last 10 days i have been making call to black kat company with my grievances which result in to false commitment of another date for the visit of technician. Was this information helpful? |
