[Resolved]  Cryobanks International India Pvt. Ltd. — Definitely fraud

I enrolled my wife by paying 10000 INR and balance as PDC, i got my registration number ARN-072386 through mail, during registration i was told by their executive that after sample collection same will be forwarded to their lab in 24 hours and will be processed within 48 hours of collection, otherwise sample will be dead after 48 hours.

I was told that if sample fails in processing then same would not be stored and processing fees of Rs 2000/- will be charged and balance will be refunded.

They collected sample on 20/04/2015 and i waited till 22/04/2015 but got no information.

As my PDC was dated 24/04/2015 so i called them on 22april noon and within 5 minutes of calling i received SAMPLE-RECEIVING confirmation mail but no processing report.

I was asked to wait for another few hours for processing report, i.e, whether sample is good for storage or not.

I mailed them today, 23/04/15, presuming that sample failed, to refund 8000/-, as no processing report was received.

I immediately received call from some executive, she asked me to wait for another 5-7 days, she told me that it takes minimum 5 days to process sample, then i immediately encountered her that when sample depletes within 48 hours then how could you process it after 5 days, she immediately started to stammer and said that she is forwarding me Final processing report, I asked her how the processing is done within 2 minutes now, she started to get off the point and started talking non sense like SIR it was just a tagline, i didnt mean 5-7 days.

I simply asked her to cancel my policy and i denied to make balance payment as i could sense something unfair, moreover i asked her that just tell me one simple thing why I was not provided this report in 48 hours or morover she could have provided me and then called me up, listening to this she just went shut and said that she is forwarding report.

i asked her to deduct 2000/- processing charges and refund 8000/- balance, and also not to present my cheque for payment as i dont want to use your services, she directly said that no refund will be made.

This all made me more sure that they all are frauds, just have saved templates in their computers, just changing names of customer and forwarding through mail as welcome letters and reports.

Since then i am calling the executive Imran Khan, who booked my policy, he is disconnecting again and again.

I am for sure planning to sue then but in mean time would suggest other expecting parent to beware of these frauds, they are just playing with your emotions, if needed you can use public stem cell banks, mostly diseases shown in list either are still to be worked upon or merely wrong, only one or two RARE diseases can be treated, of some sources, i also came to know that this is just a big business plan, executives hired are given flat 5000/- commission, so they lie you like dogs for their cut.

I hope the concerns are stated in a wrong aspect wherein the reality of the issue is as under: 1) the sample is definitely processed immediately post reciept for which we give a confirmation call. 2) for issuing the first storage report or the PID report there are some tests to be performed as mandate which has no resembelence to the 48 hours as the sample is already processed. 3) Reports format for primary preservation is only the PID sharing which would defnitely have the same text so cannot be told as a template Hence for any other details you can contact me directly on my handheld Regards Anil Hota Head Client Operations [protected]

1) if it was processed post receipt why was report not shared with me.
2) for me a pre saved text which i get in 2 minutes of my call is temed as template.

And if you guys are so clean and fair, why did you process my sample when i intimated you on first call to not process the sample, and even if you considered that too late, I asked you to stop for further tests and processes and refund my 8000/- after deducting 2000/- as processing charges. Moreover if it was also too late for you then why did you present my remaining balance cheque twice in bank, when i very well intimated you guys to not present that. Even after that was it a co incidence that your executive stopped taking my calls and after few days got suspended and told me that Sir, you have been fooled and trapped by Cryo, but i cant help you now, we just care for our commison.
Over all this when i asked you to return my balance cheque, why ain't it is returned to me till date?

I have already stopped many parents from opting your policy and will carry on to do that till I get my cheque and the paid amount back.

May be it hardly makes difference to you because you have huge market to exploit but soon you will realize that there are more people who will be aware of your fraud and we are in way forming a chain against you, have already met many parents by now, who simply knows the truth behind.
