CSC — Omt id not mapped and digimail login error

Respected sir/madam,

I have facing the problem about digimail login error last 30 days. And also display csc id not mapping with omt id

It was "the username or password is incorrect. Verify that caps lock is not on, and then retype the current username and password."

So kindly plese resolve this problem

It was "no registered device connected".
But the morpo device is registered and rd services continue, it wark login csc.gov.in, but not work in digipay

So kindly plese resolve this problem
