Custom electronics named telegram channel whose admin is Vijay Singh Rathore has done fraud with me. He introduced himself as a custom officer in mumbai ports selling all the electronics item in low price. this person has told me that he would be selling me IphoneX in 4000 which must be paid 50-50. he has taken 50% of the payment as an advance from me plus 500rs as a security deposit. i have done payment through paytm. His no. is [protected] and he told that all the tracking details will be shared with you tomorrow that is 28th march at 2PM. till now i haven't received any of the replies from him. I am constantly messaging him on telegram but he is not replying. i have total paid him 3000rs. please help me..he has done fraud with many peoples. Please please help me.
