Customer — atm not issued at branch

I have been visiting the branch for atm from last one and a half months. Significantly that my atm has been expired by the bank in august. Since then, i have a lot of trouble. Manager and staffs all stop by saying that coming next week. Last week he said clearly that it would take one more month. I told the manager that i do a job in delhi and it has taken me a lot of time for this work. Especially the manager has behaved badly.
I strongly condemn for this. I ask for action against the manager. Because of this, i have not been able to go to delhi. I can not even transaction just because of this.
