I can only say these people are the biggest frauds I have ever come across.

My Sharp LED had a problem and through google got their number. When the technician came home and after checking he said that they will have to send the LED to the service center which was somewhere in Kurla. That was my biggest mistake. Later the LED was brought back the next day and it was functional but I had a frame on the LED as there are kids at home so for safety purposes I had put the frame. That frame was in total mess with full of stains on it. Also, the LED stopped functioning after say 45 days they charged me some 7, 500/- for nothing and also the screws which were connected were missing. When I called the technician who visited our place his name was Rohit requested him if he could come and find out what the problem was he said you'll have to call customer care or else we will need the invoice no. which unfortunately I could not trace at home. So then I requested him if he could give me the concerned managers number so that I could request him if my cell no. or name was reflecting in his system but this person Dinesh Giri one of the most unprofessional person I have ever come across in my life did not have a computer system where he could keep records of his customers which would have made everyone's life simple. I must say these people are frauds and whosoever is dealing with them is doing it at their own risk.

I am extremely disappointed and agitated at their behavior.

I called the original Sharp Customer care and they attended to our complain immediately but they are surprised as to why was the LED taken out from the house. Now I have to spend another 7000 for the same.

If you people are smart enough please do not deal with such fraudsters as it is our hard earned money which these unprofessional guys cheating on us.

They do not understand a thing about servicing.

I wish I could sue them.
