I, Mrs Jayashree Nandkumar, a senior citizen, attempted online renewal of my about to expire passport and reached to the stage of online payment. I made the first payment on 29/01/17 Rs.1512.75 and though my bank has debited me as sper bank book entry the site reported no payment. I again paid after a week on 5/2/17 Rs1512.75 as per bank pass book entry but the same fate. The payment process went through smoothly but when tried to obtain payment receipt and appointment the screen shows no payment!
Please connect and credit the payment and allow me to take an appointment or refund forthwith both the payments. I am required to travel abroad shortly and this uncertainty of passport renewal comes on the way. Please attend at your earliest to redress my grievance. Was this information helpful? |
