Hello, I, LOVEPREET SINGH was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1500 using a state Bank of Patiala internet banking the amount Rs. 1500 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 11 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
