I have paid an amount of 1500/- online through ANDHRA BANK debit card, but due to some cause, I was logged out & payment status was initially showing Pending. Further, as per instruction given in passport site, to get confirmation of payment status while I clicked on pending & payment status was showing FAILED. I would like to inform you that I have paid 2 times for booking an appointment and both payment status were Shown Failed
First Payment is on 05/01/2017 .
Second Payment is on 08/01/2017

So please solve my issue as soon as possible and Refund my Amount to my BANK.
