Dear sir, I Mohd Sohail Ahamad deshpande was applied through online mode and initiated a payment using indian overseas bank rupay debit card the amount 1512.75 got debited from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed it's been 18 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. thanking you sir Application reference no. 17-[protected] Transaction Id. I have paid for online passport by central bank debit card maestro 504xxxxxxxxxx10 on 23 feb 2017 10:15 pm but passport status shows failed and 1512.75 deducted from a/c not refunded. 17-[protected] is passport application no.
