Ordered a product and didn’t receive. When cancelled the order they didn’t return money. Contacted the payment app, they said the seller doesn’t have enough fund to pay back. Please return the money....

I ordered an eye mask worth Rs. 374 on May 14, 2020. The order no. is CYN290718. the product was never shipped and my order was cancelled. I haven't received a refund till date.

I request a refund for full amount for the same....

So i ordered a laptop sleeve on 10/03/2020 from a company “cyankart.com” i made online transaction, as they didn’t allow cod, they stated that they will send email after the order is dispatched, and will be delivered within 4-5 days, i waited for 6 days, i didn’t recieve any confirmation or text from them, later i cancelled my order on 16/03/2020 and wrote an email, but i didn’t get any reply, i wrote to them on ig, no replybr...

I had placed an order on oct 30, no mail was received as a follow up and subsequently on Nov 2nd I cancelled it. I was promised a refund but its 8th November now there has absolutely been no communication.
I had ordered a laptop sleeve for rs 719. I have been mailing them constantly and their contact is also unavailable. Their phone number is incorrect and temporarily out of service as well....

I had placed an order for laptop cover on 15th october. They said it’ll come through in 2-5 days. It’s been 10 days and i haven’t received my order neither have the updated me with my order details. I have sent several mails but they do not have the curtesy to respond. This is the worst online store ever please do not order from them.
Even the contact numbers given on their website is wrong. If anyone has their actual number...

Had placed an order for 4 posters from this company. It has been 8 days and no reply, no updates on the status nothing.. Radio silence from their end.
Why is this company still functioning? The biggest fraudulant ecommerce company. The reviews are really bad about this company, which i read post placing the order. The company is worth $18.9m and dont know how they made it with the type of customer service they have....

I had orderes from the website cyankart for a t shirt on 26th may 2019. They have said shipping will take 2-5 days.
Now its been 10 days i still havent got any updates about my product and apprently it says delivered. It is card payment so i have lost my money.

I had ordered a tee shirt about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Refund the money to my account.

Also, i had used a gift coupon of ₹500 during my purchase and i had ordered two t-shirts (₹299 each) out of which you guys cancelled one and only refunded 127₹ instead of 200₹ out of the 500₹.

I recently ordered two crop tops which amounted rs. 763. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Both the tops are made of very bad quality cloth. The neckline of the top is not proper (Stretched) and looks shabby. When i pay this much money, i expect to see something good. Cyankart should take responsibility for it and send someone to pick the items other than the customer couriering it. Aweful servies. I need a refund....

I have returned this order as it was not the same as displayed on the website, but as they promised to credit the same amount plus the courier amount as soon as they receive the product back, i haven't received the reward points for the same from past 2 days.
