Cyankart — No response, no exchange, false promises, complete ignorance, rude behavior!

I had bought a t-shirt from this website and it did not fit me well so i couriered the t shirt back on the same day i received it after speaking to a customer care executive.The order number is CYN152631. I did not get any response from them for two weeks.Then i mailed the customer care regarding the same and they replied they have not received my shipment as yet, which was a complete ignorance from there part as i had the tracking report from DTDC which showed that it got received long back.I sent the snapshot of the shipment tracking and post that they JUST STOPPED REPLYING.They did not reply until i had to tell them that i will raise a complain against them.Post that a customer care executive named "SHIVANI PANT" with completely unapologetic tone said we can only give you a gift card. I still Agreed and asked when will i receive it. That lady promised me that i will receive it within 24hours and now it has been 10 DAYS AND NO REPLY! . i keep mailing and they keep ignoring. My 500 rupees is gone and these people are not willing to give it back. I wish to sue them for my harassment rather than money!
