Cyankart — poor service. ignorance of complaints

I purchased a t-shirt from cyankart few days ago. The product was poor in terms of quality and fittings. I returned the product by couriering it to them and i asked for refund of the value of the product in my bank account but they refused to give it as they have a policy which says that they don't provide refund in the customers bank account and they only can provide exchange of the returned product or a gift card of the same value of the product which was returned. This is truly unfair. They are forcing their customers to purchase from them even if the customers didn't liked their products or did not want to purchase. Such purchase will be made against my will. I have to forcefully purchase from them. They did not agreed on giving back my money in cash form. At last i had to agree for a gift card instead. I got a call from them 4 5 days ago confirming that they have received the product and they will issue a gift card via email. It's been 4 days and they have not given any gift card. Every day they are delaying unnecessarily and every day they promise that "gift card will be issued in 24 hours". I demanded them that "i want a compensation for so much delay and also for such cheap services or instead i want my money which i paid for the t-shirt back in my bank account". There is no reply from them on this issue. They are just ignoring my emails and not responding me. I request you to take strict action against them and get my money released from them in form of cash.
