D. A. V Public School — Re-admission charge

I really can't understand what is the logic of this re-admission charge, if the student is studied the same school. Why public schools and institutions take re charge. If a student move to another school, then a one time re admission charge is right. But schools in india, don't care of the children future and low income people. Is this the right way? We stand the same place where we in years ago. No care to the nutty ones. Is it necessary that a sweeper' s son will be a sweeper and can't be a doctor etc. But we see i daily newspaper a rickshaw men's son clear ias, is this not good for us??? Lastly i hope that it will be moreover not taken for granted. I promote sarvashiksha abhiyaan.
