D-Link — They have sent faulty router Model Number DSL-2750U | |||
I have brought D-Link router model DSL-2750U from Amazon.in on 3rd Jan. After a month o[censored]sage, the model start showing the RED Internet light (the last one from the left). I filled a complaint on Airtel by calling their customer care. AirTel engineer checked the lines and Internet connection using their own beetal router modem and concluded that the D-link router is faulty. I filled a complaint to DLink after much hassle they asked me to fill a DDS form. After 15 days of filling the DDS form, they have sent me the same model as a replacement. After a week o[censored]sing the replaced model, i start facing the same issue. The Internet light becomes RED after every router switch off and on. I sent numerous emails and calls to D-link customer service but they are not entertaining the request to provide some other model or pay the money back (Rs 2000/-).Please help me getting my money back from this fraud company.
