D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — 15 liter sweekar can | |||
We had purchased a 15liter Sweekar oil can on 17th oct and it was delivered on 18th october. the order was via dmart app. We saw on 25th oct that the carton has turned oily. and noticed oil underneath. we complaint on 25th and again on 26th as there were no calls from customer care. on 27th they called and said its beyond 7 day policy. if the product was received on 18th, 7th day falls on 25th oct.
