D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — amount debited in my account through pos machine but dmart staff informed that it is not credited at their end.

Sir,
On[protected] i purchased goods at d mart store at tuni, egdt.
I swiped my debit card for rs4018.28 towards bill payment. But d mart staff informed that the transaction failed and amount not credited at their end.
I received message from bank that the amount is debited in your account towards payment made at avenue supermarket.

D mart staff had taken my information but till now i didn't received any communication from d-mart and till now i. E.,[protected] the amount is not credited/reversed to my account.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
