D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — bill issue | |||||
Today we made a purchase of rs 6237.62 from d-mart store hongasandra,...in that one product cadbury chocolate for 47, we purchased only one but they billed for 3 quantity... We came home and we checked the bill then we came to know it was charged more quantity... I went back and asked store manager and they check at counter and camera, they given the refund 94 but store manager was rude... If we don't check... It is like lost money... He didn't even apologize.. It was their mistake billed more quantity.. I have trust in d-mart sore, it is lost now... The customers who are purchasing at d-mart store should be careful, check the bill carefully... I made many purchases recently and now i'm thinking, how many times it might had happened and lost money... I think they are doing intentionally and compensating for the discounts they are giving... As many customers are trusting and blindly going home... They are cashing it...
