D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — card payment transaction failed but money got deducted from my account | |||
I had done the shopping on 16/07/17 from d-mart, kompally, hyderabad vide bill no:08-0125 at 07.35pm. The bill amount was rs.403/-. I did the payment through my debit card but the transaction failed and the cashier swiped the card again. But rs.403/- was already deducted from my account for the first swipe. On enquiring with the cashier, i was told that it will be credited in my account within 48 hrs. But now nearly 24 days has past but still there is no refund of the amount. I had lodged the complaint on the d mart site also and my compliant id is d-c/tel/hyd/kom-27812. But there is no reply from there either. Please reply what is the status of my payment?
