D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — card swiped twice on 2nd august 2018 still the action has not been taken. | |||
This with regards to the amount which was debited from my account due to i iresponsiveness of the staff 1st she swiped the amount 2584.66 at the time of 13.10. Pm the again she swiped the of amount 2600 at the time of 13.11. Pm. I spoke to the manager said your bank has an issue & it would be refunded to you in a week. Now its been almost 1 & half month i have not got any refund & when i checked from my banke they said the amount has been debited & it has been credited to d mart account otherwise you would have got the slip of receipt of failed transaction slip. When i spoke to the manager he said no madam we have not received the amount. These dmart people are cheaters. They just know to fool the people. Was this information helpful? | |||
