D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — charged twice

I have done a purchase under cin l51900mh2000plc126473 for rs 6412.95 on 21apr18 morning from ramamurthy nagar outlet bangalore and they said the swipe machine is not working and used two cards of mine for payment and the swipe machine showed payment from one card but i got debited from my both sc and hdfc cards for the same amount. I tried calling them now, call not connecting. Can you please do the needful to return either one of the payments.

I bought a sofa cover set from Pratap nagar Jaipur, there is mistaken by them, one cover is missing, so I need to return on Monday.
