I was in a hurry and I think I paid excess 2000 as my bill was of 3560 and I gave the cashier 3 notes of 2000 each. So I did register a complain about the matter on 26/02/2017 and they said I will get a reply in 2 days. So I called them on 28/02/2017 and they replied that it's not showing properly and that they have not received any excess cash on that day. So i asked them the employee might have put it in his pocket without showing in the system, to that they answer was that can never happen and finally I asked that I want to check the footage and manager said we can't allow that. So how a customer oriented company cannot clear it's consumer doubts.
