D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — failed transaction charged from bank | |||||
Hello, This is to inform i shopped from dmart today at location - "d mart building, 150 feet road, bhayandar west, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401101" but a my debit card was swiped by two time 1st transaction was failure and second transcation was a sucess. But i was charged two times for a single purchase. On complaining to the manager from dmart he refused to refunded and forwarded the case to customer support and the customer support executive transfered the case back to manager. Being a obedient female customer having a indian nationality along with paying gst regularly i didn't wanted this convenience to occur. Therefore i would request you please take a strict action and help me recover my balance. Feel free to communicate anytime via mail for any queries.
