D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Order not delivered and no response from customer care | |||
Hi, I had placed online order[protected]on Dmart Ready on 21st April. Home delivery date was 25th April between 7AM-1PM. I got a message at 3:53 PM today that order is on the way for delivery and then another msg at 8:09 PM that order was undelivered and they will call back shortly. However they haven't called back to update on status of the order and their customer care does not respond or take calls. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
