D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — regarding gst on mrp | |||
I have bought some items in dmart, the cost will be more than mrp price, as they are charging gst on discounted price. For example pantene shampoo mrp was rs.230. Where as they are showing as dmart discount price as rs 190 and while billing they are charged 190+ 28% gst which costs to rs.243.3 which is more than mrp. Like that there are different products which are charged more than mrp. As per the gst rules, the selling price should not be more than the mrp. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, yesterday I purchased dry coconut from D-mart Nanded city Pune store. Dry Coconut was not in good quality. This is second time I faced the same problem. When I went back to your store that time I received my money back but your supervisor didn't provided me answer why there is fungus where the expiry date is still 1.5month .
