Today i had a very bad experince at ramanthapur d-mart hyd store. I went for shopping when i took the shaving blades packet something leaked from that packed & felldown on my costly shirt ₹2, 300/-. Same i complaint to store manager mr. Durga prasad but he spoke to me very lightly manner did'nt take any action when i ask him to help me out in this regard. I am middle class family person that shirt i purchased two days ago, for your reference see the pic of shirt color changed. Note: i am expecting d-mart to replace my shirt or pay me ₹2, 300/- on urgent basis. One request please train store manager in such away that he should understand the pain of customers.
