D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — rude behavior

I visited dmart store in amritsar punjab yesterday 27 nov at around 3.30 with my coworkers and at the check out we were getting charged wrongly for 2 items out of 5, first the cashier argued that we are lieying about the prices so we had to show him the price tag, we requested to speak to manager as we wanted to make a complaint, as manager came he was so full of attitude and just said its human error and was so rude as we were on the wrong side, as we expected a apology or some sort of respect from him but he was far from it, he was speaking so loudly with us in front of his staff and wanted us to show as well where it shows that price as he said we are lieying, his cashier confirmed the mistake but he just said can't do anything as already done and noticed, as we were not happy and said (Logo ko bewfkoof mat banao) and what he replied was (Log khud bewfkoof banne atay hae yaha).
That was the last thing we expected from him, anyhow we walked out from there them, we all promised to not visit that store again and aswell tell everyone about the same, so disappointed, i'm hope someone will take some action about it if not u will loose your customers as others do
