D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — shirt | |||
I went to the dmart mulund branch today. I wish to purchase 1, shirt. The billing staff told me that the shirt is yet to be entered in system. So she contacted the manager to get it entered in system. The manager mr kiran singh told it will take 15-20mins. I wait for more than 30mins but it was not done. So i requested him get the billing done once it entered in system and contact me on my number. So that i can take it afterwards and paid the bill of all other items worth reading 5500. The person sitting in customer care denied my request and told me as per company policy you have to again go in the queue and make the payment of the shirt. Finally i had no option other than to leave. I still wish purchase that shirt so arrange to deliver it from customer care counter. Was this information helpful? | |||
