I had purchased a skybag suit case (4202 skybag mint) at your kushaiguda branch on 28th april, 2018 with v. No: s[protected] & now i find there is a problem with its lock system so i had visited & handed over the suitcase to mr bharat (Dm) on 13th may, 2018 with the warranty card.
I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr sunil) on phone ([protected]). No proper action is been taken by them.
Mr sunil told me that either you would get a refund or the product would be replaced & also told me that mr bharat (Dm) will call me which he did not.
Later when i called mr bharat he started suggesing me to handle the situation with skybag as you are oldy a mediator to sell.
I am annoyed speaking to them.
Kindly help me either with a replacement or a refund.
