D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — the products are charged more than the offer stated at the store rack

I bought a pack of eastern pani puri masala, at only 10 % discount when it is clearly written in the rack that all variants of eastern masala are given at 30 % discount. They should take care in labelling the offers and also pricing them at the time of billing. I think this is negligence by the dmart management, as they often fail to update the offers properly and manage the store.
