D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Transaction reversal and amount not credited in account | |||||
Hi I am Panchamgam Sreedhar. On 27th may'2017 I had made purchase at D Mart kompally worth INR 990.00. I made the payment using Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card which was debited from my account. But as per the staff due to server failure the receipt came in as Transaction reversal. I was made to pay again using another debit card which I did. I was assured that amount will be credited back to my account which did not happen yet. I called kompally branch to register my complaint but it's been two days and I am yet to receive any mail confirmation regarding my complaint. I was told that they have quota system for generating complaints to bank for fund reversal in daily basis. This makes me think D MART transaction reversal often happens to the extent that they have come up with daily quota system. Please find below my transaction details.
