D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — umbrella

I had purchased umbrella from demart in month of june (10/6/2018). And the quality o[censored]mbrella is very bad. They charged rs 350 rupees for such bad product. I just opened umbrella for one time and tried to close but facing problem while closing. So i went to dmart for returning the umbrella within 15 days. I had my bill copy. But dmart employees not even helped me.

1 of my product is not kept in the bag by the employee while billing. I didn't found the product after I reached my home. This kind of negligence is not acceptable.
