Exploiting customers: i have bought a bagrrys fruit $ fiber muslie, which was and still is listed 375 but they charged 425. I called customer service to look into it, they took my number and said "they would call me in few minutes". After 1 hour wait, i called them to check the status some other person answers and said the same thing, took number and they would call. But no call since 2 days. Any way i called in again after 2 days, told them the whole process but that person was so harsh and said we have so many other things to do, so just bring product and receipt to check. I was very annoyed deciced to raise the issue. It is not about money but we all pay a lot to get good service and quality products but not to get # from your company. I would have to think about going back to dmart, suggest others to choose other source. Was this information helpful? |
