I wad being told they are selling induction when i called them to check. Hence in this crisis situation i went to the store walking 25 mins as my induction stopped working and it was billed as well while checking the induction a lady manager suddenly stepped in and said who gave u this? I cannot give u this item i told her it's being confirmed by ur staff and i really need it. She was extremely rude and did not understand the situation. I tried to explain her that i badly need it she started telling me it is from government i cannot sell it... Can u please tell me where is it written? In this crisis situation i badly need it hence i went there and after confirming from their customer care... It is highly disappointing and she did not even apologies. I belong to a hospitality industry and we know how to handle a guest complaint. I want a strict action to be taken against her. If it wasn't a crisis situation like this then i wouldn't have told her also. It is highly insensitive. I am extremely disappointed. I was extremely decent without creating scene i left from there but i won't spare them. You guys have to take a strict action against the store. If managers are like this then i doubt what kind of training is being given to their ground staff.

I am Yogesh G Dalvi. I have placed an order No. 7678839 on 19.03.2020. I am unable to know the status of the order for last 4-5 days. The phone number 62337171 remains unanswered. No positive reply from email id of customer care. My friend got delivery on 25.03.2020 of order placed on 17.03.2020.
