Booked a 2 bhk flat in dsk nandanvan. Possession was told in 2017 july and still getting delayed with no clear vision. Builder and their team is totally clueless on updates to the customer. Pre emi which was to be paid by builder untill possession gets missed and bank is sending notices to me. Dsk team is just ignoring the facts : my credit score is affected due to 7 missed payments.
My home plans are screwed, and top of it i am away from my tax exemption.

Too many blocking points which are not answered by the team.

I am also suffering as an investor in DSK's Debentures with no clue of repayment in spite of the NCD's maturing . No Interest paid either from April 2017 onwards. No information available, except for news of financial irregularities by the management of DSK .
