Since june 4th, i have raised almost more than 10 tickets for non availability of internet. Yesterday, i landed up raising more than 3 tickets in a day and it is very annoying that there is no premanent solution provided by the service provider till date. Its only a temporary fix that is done and we get a standard answer from the customer executives that our technician will visit to check and solve this permanently. Nobody has arrived in past one month. Not even called.

This is testing patience in a scenario like work from home where we are highly dependent on the broadband services. The customer executives don't have the eta and the pandemic is a new excuse for non availability of engineers.

This service provider caters in quite a lot nearby areas where i live and i have been hearing these complaints from almost everyone.

      I jave upgraded my plan to 200mbps. From the day i have upgraded the speed i get is only 50 mbps... I have lot of office presentation and calls. Due to connection issue and speed i am facing lot of challanges
      I have logged in 5 complaints no solution yet. Customer care representative cuts the call wiwothoutand proper answer.

      Can some one please check and give me aolution

        The again it has been more then 48hours and you guys are just chilling in the office
        Rekha gupta where is the manager he or she did not response to me or did not send any technician last time they sent it but they were not able to fix it
        What should i do?
        I need work from home in this situation
        Need wifi
        Or give me that client email address who handles mumbra branches of ion
        Because you are just fooling around me
        Last time i talked to your agent he said it is going to fix it yesterday at 6 pm but did not fix it
        So i need result now do not send me your chuti*a apology

          The i-on internet service stopped working on 3rd june at my place. I complained to the customer service everyday. The reply they gave me that they did not had technician and they would give me the extension for the no. Of days the internet was not working. On 15th afternoon the technician came and resolved the problem. But now they are giving excuses of cyclone and corona due to which internet was not working and problem could not be resolved. Such a chor company. I will stop using their services from now.

            It has been more than 22 days since complain of non working of internet at my home still there is no engineer visit. Personally visiting the office of dvois ion and they reply that they dont know when the issue will be resolved. Now after writing email complaint to company which has been more than 10days still there is no email reply by company. I hereby request to refund money for non delivery of internet services since 3rd june 2020 to package end date as i no longer require your services.

              In this new era of work from home what you are expecting from your isp?

              - uninterrupted and stable connection.
              - in the case of impediments a faster resolution and polite response from customer care/local office person.

              You will have to perform efficiently and attend daily meetings with a stable internet connection and without any connection drops.

              I am using ssv ion connection since 2012...

              This is to address an issue with my internet connection which is required for us to work during covid19 lockdown as suggested by goi. We have been submitting complaints for 10 days in a row now to resolve our issue but only thing they do is show it as resolved on portal but i dont have a working connection yet. They dont even have a dedicated support team to check what the actual issue is. Please accept my grievance so that other consumers can know how pathetic this company and their service is. Thanks

                I have 4 problems.

                1. Internet speed fluctuations
                2. False information provided by support executive
                3. Referral still not received.
                4. Calling every month for internet payment and service against that is pathetic.
                5. Most important, blocking my cloud vpn connectivity to work from home.
                6. Not responding to emails. Sent 10+ emails and replied only once. (See attached images)

                  I've complaint about the issue of los red light on 3rd june on ion app and it's been 4 days it's still not fixed. Tried calling, they don't bother to response. Tried using social media post no update. It's really tiring that to know i've already paid the 3 months pack and i'm facing such problems. I've tried everything this is my last option.

                        Even since last one month i have raseid 16 time log the complain against internet is not working/very slow internet, but with out reslove the problem the close the tickect every time even if with having word with me.
                        Now already paid my three month subscribption i need my money back.

                          I requested to install 80 mbps rupees 2620 plan, however 60 mbps was installed of rupees 2030 by the service provider and they confirmed that 80 mbps speed plan is active and took rupees 2620. Along with this router comes around 800 rs. As mentioned in their broucher but they took 1400 rupees from my mother. As i was not at home at that time, ion service provider cheated and did fraud activity. The internet speed is coming around 1 to 2 mbps.

                            I've raised following tickets: tkt3032988, tkt3063036, tkt3065649 till now and my area of residence is mira road, thane. Recently i spent 1000 rs for converting my normal cable to fiber one with modem (Provided by ion). This all was done to get the speed of 150 mbps for which i'm paying for last six months and not getting that speed. The speed i'm getting currently is 1-2mbps which is totally unacceptable especially when i'm paying good amount compared to other provider. When i tried reaching out to customer care (Supporting my locality on [protected]), they keep on neglecting my request, not showing any seriousness and professionalism. I subscribed for this service for continuity and speed of internet as it is mainly used for office works. But seems ion broadband is not fulfilling that. So if this continues for another week, i would request immediate disconnection and refund of the amount i've payed. Let me know if you have any question at below given number.

                              My internet connection is not working since friday 06 sep, 2019. I had raised a complain via app on same day.

                              Since friday there is no update on my complaint. I tried calling multiple time on the customer care number but after dialing 1 for english the call drop.

                              I called few numbers i had at the time of internet installation but there attitude was very bad
                              Despite calling multiple times no one has come yet to check the problem

                              My recharge expires tomorrow i. E. 09 sep, 2019 and my internet is not working since 06 sep, 2019 but i am told to recharge first
                              But no one is telling me why internet is not working since last 3 days and no support for fixing the issue so far

                              This is pathetic service and attitude of a typical galli net provider.

                              Can i get response asap.

                                No internet since 10th august 2019 till date. Below is the email conversation so far but found that local branch manager manoj gholap attitude is bigger than dvois and ion's reputation.

                                Again my ticket # tkt2762895 is closed as resolved without a technician visiting my place for the ftth connection. My last 3 tickets were closed without resolving the issue and even after assurance badlapur west branch manager mr. Gholap's attitude has not been changed.

                                Adding nodal officer to the email in a hope to get my issue actually resolved this time and get a quick resolution. I would repeat that if i-on does not wish to retain me as their customer for raising a genuine concern against mr. Gholap then i would need it in writing and like to be reimbursed my last renewal amount of rs. 550 which i am losing for someone's ego issue.

                                Hi rekha,

                                As per our telephonic conversation on monday, 19th august 2019, the technician was supposed to come on tuesday for the installation of ftth connection but no one visited from the branch or made a courtesy call for the delay. My ticket tkt2762895 is still open and i am without the internet for 10 days now.

                                I had made the recharge/renewal on 10th august but already lost 11 days for no fault of mine and a reason i am not able to understand. This is certainly not a good example of customer service expected from one of the best internet service provider in india. Please provide me with a valid reason for the delay or let me know if i-on does not want to retain a loyal customer and if so i will have a new connection from different service provider by saturday as this is now becoming frustrating.

                                As per our telephonic conversation, you need to pay 500/- for onu box (Refundable) and 500/- as an installation charges. For the same you have given today’s appointment so a technician will be assigned for the same from the branch.

                                Sorry we have not mentioned about 500/- installation charges in the previous mail as this should informed by branch office only.

                                Hi,

                                Regarding ticket # tkt2747483 (Raised on 11/8/2019) status is showing as resolved on 17/8/2019 however my internet is still not working and no technician visited my place to check or call back received from branch on the same.

                                Today (17/8/2019) another ticket #tkt2762895 was raised in the morning for ftth connection but even then at 7:15pm now no one visited from the branch to make the connection. This is very bad customer service.

                                I have renewed my plan on 10/8/2019 but due to no internet and bad service i have already loosed 6 days from my monthly plan.

                                I called several times to i-on customer care and local branch but no resolution yet. The local branch manager asked me to physically visit the branch on multiple occasions but he would then be unavailable to meet and discuss the issue personally. Also the behaviour and attitude of badlapur west branch manager (Mr. Gholap) is bad for the reputation of i-on internet's great customer service till now. As per below trail email i was told the gpon ftth connection would be free of cost and only rs.500 has to be paid by me as a security deposit for onu box. But mr. Gholap asked me for rs.1500 (On phone) for the new connection and when i said i-on has offered me the connection free of cost then he said he wont be doing the connection at my place. This is the reason my tickets are purposely been ignored by him.

                                I would request to look into the matter on urgent basis as i am loosing on my priority work due to mr. Gholap's rude attitude and personal grudges.

                                If my request is not resolved withing next 24 hours i am willing to sue a court case with customer cell court for my work from home losses and mental torture caused due to rude and bad behaviour of i-on branch manager.

                                As per our branch update, there is an issue with your wifi router and because of this you are facing issue.

                                Kindly, change your router and let us know for configuration.

                                As you are facing often disconnection issue, we would like to inform you about gpon technology. We have to convert your connection from copper wire to fiber connection.

                                Gpon technology is ftth (Fiber to the home) wherein you'll face less issues as compared to normal connection and it is quicker than normal broadband velocities. It is passive network which does not require power supply and there are lots of advantages like high efficiency, high bandwidth, rich user interface, and excellent coverage.

                                  Jitender a local company guy from dvoice has taken installation money and 6 months pack money 1 month back but he has not turned up till date for the connection in kopar khairane. He only gives false promises and behaves very rudely while we give him a call for the connection. These guys took away our money with no services.. Can somwbody please take some immediate action on this company.

                                    Since yesterday there is no internet. Called local internet service sukharam over 20 times, he kept on giving me false promises and later stopped attending calls. Until now there is no internet. Today morning when i called him at 9:30, he says he is reaching by 10:30 my place to resolve the issue. But not turned up, called him at 11:10am he again says within half an hour to one hour max, the issue will be solved. He has been bluffing since yesterday. This is how these unprofessional characters deal with customers at ghansoli.
