In spite of my many Call on your Customer Care Nos., personal visit, at your Vashi Office.. My Internet Service is not working... since 5 days... Its happened total 32 days in last 5month...     I m resident of Airoli, I have been using Ion Internet from last few months. And this last 30 days has been a hell for me as Service in these days has been worst. If there was any word to describe service then it is not invented yet for their carelessness. In last 30 Days I have raised 10 complains regarding their service. Still their problems exist. There service for internet has been playing hide and seek. They are giving service for some days and then they are removing it purposely and giving foolish reason such as it was by mistake. I mean who on earth has given them rights to do this. I paying for whole 30 days 24x7 service. That means I should be receiving it. Their Executives who speak on phone are just hopeless and just not having knowledge of their company itself. Hire good interns who have at least some basic knowledge. Technician who is just a imaginary person to me has never visited and checked the cable from months. All they have done is saying that he will surely visit this time. MOST IMPORTANT: They keep on waiting for 15 to 20 mins to talk to customer executive. I mean seriously 20 mins is to much what do they really do this 20 min. Because I have never spoken to them more than 2 min. This shows that how many number of complains are raised day to day. And One more thing You Caller tune SUCKS. Just like your service... you better change it ASAP
    Well the tradition of NO SERVICE carries on. This time they have crossed all limits. Even their own service man suggest that ION internet sucks. Don't renew your pack.
    I have paid for 4mbps plan and I m receiving less than 2mbps speed. No Technician, No Service. I just want the owner of this very own company to read this. Whoever you are, Let me tell you, You have recruited The Dumbest people on the planet to run your company. And this is no big surprise, because you yourself are the head of them all.

      I feel really sorry to say that I'm a customer of such a fraud company. I have been regularly or say daily complaining for my dis-connectivity despite advance payment.I am really sorry to inform you that I had applied for a Internet facility of your company, but due to some problems the Internet connection has never been constant. Because of which I am unable to do my work. I am very much frustrated with all these daily disconnection and calling the call center daily. The call-center agents have no information on what to do. They just raise a complaint and promise the technician visit. The technician never visit or never told about what is the fault. It is just fixed from outside. This has become a daily routine for me from past few months so we hereby request you to please refund my money.I even don't get a complain docket no. in SMS. I have to ask for complain no all the time. But this is going way beyond the patience. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

        I am a resident of Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai. The ISP is D-Vois I-on Broadband Service. I was complained many times, but they are not resolving internet issue. I need to call the customer service every alternate day to make the things right. They arrange engineer after 8-10 calls, and who never comes before 48 Hrs. Connection goes down post 5 AM and its start directly after 11 PM. I am not having connection even during day time. The complaints made to the team are unattended and never have been given a justification for these frequent disconnections As per logs “PPPoE hard line is disconnected, please check the line”, I don’t know what they are doing Best comment for D-Vois - Broadband Pvt. Ltd – Very Bad Service. Rating Negative 5 (-5 ) Connection Reliability: 0 Speed of ISP connection: OK

            Hi I have 2 ION connections one for my office and one for my residence. My internet connection is very intermittent and poor at best. Connection goes down post 6 pm. Now I am not having connection even during day time. I have filed several complaints. Even worse - somebody even marks the complaint as resolved without informing me and I get a message the problem is solved as per my message. Now I am trying to get hold of a customer service executive since today morning. Problem is even being kept hold for 7+ minutes multiple times no body comes on line.             I have registered complaint from last five days. Router is not turning on. No answer from ION support staff for last five days. Customer executives are giving just excuses and forwarding requests. Somehow managed to get hold off one of technician from support and he mentions that I need to buy modem/router myself. They will not be able to provide it. Very bad service and poor experience with support staff.

              I have been a customer of Dvois (I-On) for about 13 months now. Of these 400 days I used internet, I have faced disconnection at least on 150 days. The complaints made to the team are unattended and never have been given a justification for these frequent disconnections. The sad and disappointing thing is the customer service team shamelessly says, you ate using broadband and disconnections are common. I wish I had saved some of the calls. Day after day the connection drops and I am helplessly hoping it would be fixed. Stuck with this fraud provider because Airtel or Tata don't provide broadband in my locality. Even the emails I have sent to them have been unanswered. I need to file a consumer court case against DVois.

                Hi, I am a resident of Airoli Sector 9, Navi Mumbai. The ISP is D-Vois I-on Broadband Service. I have complained many times, but the ISP is not keen to resolve my Internet issue as I am the premium user in our society. Most of the times, they don't even pick up the phone. If they do, they give false promises of fixing the issue and don't even come and misbehaves as well.                   In the month of April they had some problem with the online payment system so i had made the payment twice since the first time it showed me not successful, however the payment was successful at my bank . I confirmed with my bank and they said both the payments has been claimed and paid to D-Vois, however since April 3rd 2015, these guys have not refunded the money to my bank. The customer service executives are pathetic they dont know anything and just give u reasons to finish to call and say that someone will call back. Its been 2 months now and am still awaiting for my refund. Pathetic Customer Service and Worst Internet Service

                      I am a subscriber of i-on services, My user id is rrk1203. I did a transaction on[protected]:24:09 for D Vois Broadband Pvt Ltd via Net Banking – ICICI Bank using Citruspay. The total amount is 1247 INR. The transaction number is [protected]. However the transaction failed and I need to repay the amount using HDFC credit card. I have contacted Citruspay and they told me that the transaction has been successfully processed from their end. However the payment history page only shows the credit card transaction. I have called their customer care several times. First they told me to attach the Bank Statement. Then they told me that they did not get the payment from Citrus. I forwarded him the mail from Citrus. Then they told me that their mails are not working so they can not proceed. When I called again after some days they told me to call tomorrow since there was no guy in the related team. Even after 1 month I did not get refund of the same amount.

                        Paid for 4 Mbps for the full year in advance & getting less than 0.4 Mbps-1.2 ; {occasionally slightly more}; Tests taken from international servers on 2 different sites Ookla & testmy.net Indian server test give higher readings BUT very far from 4 Mbps; & these are not random readings but reading of tests taken for nearly a month now; {on as many as; 10+ servers} Have recorded data of nearly 300 readings ... Of late have been disconnected for periods of about 12 hours on 3 occasions. Have registered more than 20 complaints to them ; with data : Which they faithfully close {all this in about a month}

                        Worst experience with any internet service provider company in Navi Mumbai

                        i-On / D-Vois / SSV change their names more often to deceive people. Do not care to respond to requests. Speed that you purchase is a dream, you only get 56Kbps to 160KBps at max (tested using their own service.

                          As a consumer of Internet service what should I expect?????? I am paying the money and the Internet should work. Which has never the case since I get the service connection. I have sadly referred few of my friends to get the Internet connection from I-ON as I get the kind of connection (IFITL) (Only in terms of technology used) I wanted. But the service has never being consistent and from now oN I AM NEVER GOING TO REFER MY FRIENDS. Now I have started maintaining the Excel of all the complaints so I can show you how frequently I have been calling. Know the fact that My phone was formatted on 05/03/2015 and I was not at home from 4 th to 18 th and all the past cases are deleted from my phone. But this is going way beyond the patience. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

                            I had renewed my internet account with D-Vois ion and successfully paid the amount via online payment. However I didnt recieve any internet connection to my line. After raising multiple complaints I was told every time that the engineer would come and resolve the issue but nobody reapired my internet connection. I had to take another connection from another ISP and had to pay for their connection which is working fine now. I need the amount refund from D-Vois ion internet cause they took the money but never gave any internet connection despite many compaints raised.

                              I stay in Koparkhairne. I called for Renewal for 2 weeks. But no one came. I was Busy so I dint have a chance to visit their office.. But when I did this happens. I gave Rs.500 For 1mbps Plan to Reception Staff Mr.Pradeep and He gave me 512kbps plan instead because he was absent minded. or retarded . His name is Mr. Pradeep who sit near the entry counter in the office of D-Vois Vashi. He said that the Problem will be fixed by tomorrow that day but still after many calls they still haven't fix my issue. its the 3rd Day today and Who knows how many days will pass on like this. I am a busy Man. I can't afford time to visit there. Please Take action towards the discipline and irresponsibility of the staff. Talking to them is useless I think. They say they will do. But to my experience their service is declining from past 2 months. I want someone to take action towards such acts and poor service. If there was a law to punish such service It would have made it easier.

                                I have taken internet connection from Dvois Broadband pvt. ltd. Since last 15 days internet is not working at all. every day we call to customer care they send we will send technician today. but no one has come till date. they keep charging for this period also.

                                  I'm from Nerul as well. This is by far the worst ISP that I've been unfortunate to subscribe to. I've been a subscriber for over a year and I can assuredly say that their service is sub-par. Their 15 Mbps connection only give 2 Mbps throughout the month, once in a blue moon you'll get 10-12 Mbps but it is never constant.
                                  The service engineers aren't trained well, being a Computer Engineer with above average Networking knowledge I know more than their server technicians do.

                                  When asked for a supervisor a customer service rep from Vashi name Tanmay Wasgl someting stating supervisor is on lunch at 3 pm and when asked when they will be back says dont know when asked for manager says contact them at the store when asked for the number he says he dont have his number coz its of no use for them lol customer service my All superviso on floor on lunch at 3 wtf i have the conversation recorded on my other phone if this is not resolve will take their case royally
                                  I had to relocate to a nearby building about a month back and requested the ISP to shift my Internet connection to the new building. The entire month passed but all they do is make false promises and give excuses. I called their customer complaint number a number of times and they put my call on hold for 20 mins and then disconnected it. Worst service ever.

My compliant is that my main cable wire has been cracked, so technician has visited my place he asked me for wire money 300 hundreds, so is it compulsory to pay him. Because I am regular customer since 1 year. and last one week my net is not working already l have lost money.

                                  Nerul West, sector 6: Poorest service provider of Navi Mumbai. They promote fiber optic cable connection, but you get old analog cables... Even worse in a month of 4 weeks, 5 days of disruption of service with no feedback to several phone complains. Cheating good money with bad service.
                                  Today evening I have called on [protected](Dvios Internet Customer care) because my internet was not working and they have registered a compliant also after 10 min they have closed the complaint without checking anything, this problem I am facing from last 3 year. They just close the complaint without checking anything.

                                  From last 2 days no internet is working. They are just giving false execuses about sending their technicians. Atleast 14 times we called them but no action has been taken. Very poor customer services.
                                  Never go for D-Vois I-on Broadband Service provider. The service is VERY VERY POOR. If the service is down, and if you register complain, technician will not visit.

                                  Check my 10-15 complaint in a month- How can you provide such "3rd class ghatiya service" to any customer.

                                  And hope you know we are prepaid customer whose money you already using.

                                  Need a call back from higher management - Let me teach them how to make business otherwise soon you will finished in the market.

                                  Currently, I have shifted home to new address. As per my confirmation with ION Internet service provider in my local, some local operators like ‘TISAI CABLE SERVICE’ are not allowing ION internet services in my area.

                                  As per my confirmation from local ION office, I am asking refund of remaining days from 17th September 2017 since my internet is not working cable from said date.

                                    Hi, my name Daljeet singh, me and live in sector- 40, Seawoods, NaviMumbai, i have complaint regarding ISP company name D-Vois (I-ON SSV), As they take advance payment for internet service, and we are paying it in advance. The issue is in September month 2013, we barely received internet service, we launched complaint many time, even we asked them to change wire, they asked us to play extra for wire. That we paid amount Rs.500. In September month we barely used 6 hrs net service because ISP technically issue or what ever. in our package they allocated us 720 hrs and still left 714 hrs. because we did not get internet service. On month end or two days before package expire, they calling us to pay for next month in advance. as i already complaint this issue area manager of seawood, he promised us he will add 7 days extra to our package, when i called him again, he told us to renew your account, he cant help and even same wording from costumer care service also. Even there costumer care number is not toll free. (wasted lot of money on kept on waiting for line to be answered) [protected]. I mentioned my login and password you can clearly see my earlier usage and September month 2013 usage. They clearly cheating with us or many more customers.                                       This popular affordable internet service provider in Navi Mumbai is worst in service. They try to push a whole year package down your throat since no body would like to renew that again.

                                      First practice is systematic cheating, the package that you pay for is not what you actually get so 1 Mbps is 512Kbps suddenly, a 512 Kbps is 200 Kbps and all these complaints go unheard.

                                      Second is service of this ISP, they do not even care to show up to check what is the problem. Customer care is paid so they enjoy talking and misleading you since you're paying. technicians would close your request without even informing you.

                                      This is a cheap cheap service, do not go for it . Look for alternatives.

                                      we paid for one month a so high price (1020Rs) that other provider neither
                                      ask, for a barely near to promised 2mbps (download only) and they gave us only 3
                                      weeks of "operative service", filled with disservices, slowness, absence of net
                                      for several "technical" reasons;
                                      at the end, over 30 days of plan, we used only 24 days.
                                      Not only: service is no more, because they wanted money BEFORE the
                                      renewal!! (is the option AutoRenewal meaning some to you fellows?).
                                      so they suspended it...without advise.
                                      what the heck?!
                                      no countries in any other part of the world give such a unprofessional service
                                      and with such a poor company policies.
                                      They are just interested to get money first, then f* customers.

                                      Internet bandwidth

                                      The dirtiest service I have not seen ever. D-VoiS - Broadband Pvt. Ltd, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai will change the bandwidth at the back (if we take 4MBPS they will make 2MBPS from their end). They have gone crazy and many of the customers got irritated for their service. I have complained the issue many times but no one cares.

                                        Hi. Myself ashish kumar a resident of new panvel.
                                        I was using this broadband service. Few days ago this company named d-vois ssv also known as d-vois ion they were not able to provide any service. When I called up the customer care they keep on giving reasons and promised the net will start up soon it took them abt 3 days to get it done. The connection started again for 2 more days and again the same issue. Called up the customer care again it took 2 more days to get it done. Again after 2-3 days later the same stuff took place.
                                        My issue it I already paid for their connection and they are telling me the number of days the connection was not there even for that its chargeable. I was amazed to see that these are looting people for no service at all.

                                        Earlier service was better when it was only SSV. Now SSV given it to this idots (DVOIS) and messed up the whole thing.Even any companies dial up service is much faster than this cheaters, Hell with them,
