I'm complaining about frequent failure of my net connection, every alternate day. Specially in the morning and after complaining to your call centre the complain is attended late in the evening. What is the use of net if it is not working during the day time. I'm fed up with this kind of internet services provided by you. I request you to pl. Look at the problem seriously and do the needful at the earliest pl.

Every month my internet connection is broken.Even after complaining to their office. They are not able to solve the problem. Really not happy with their services. Going to change the connection.
Even the staff is very rude and un educated.
