D-Vois Communications — Internet is not working. Account status is Na.Payment already done for August month.

Hi,

I am a resident of kamothe, Navi Mumbai. The ISP is D-Vois I-on Broadband Service.

I have complained many times, but the ISP is not keen to resolve my Internet issue .Most of the times, they don't even pick up the phone. If they do, they give false promises of fixing the issue and don't even come. Upon shouting many times, they don't even come. The issue started from 5thAug 2020 they don't even courtesy to repair. I have personally vist office of ion in kamothe on saturday 8th aug 2020. The person sitting their is giving confidence that engineer will come on 4pm on 8 aug 2020. Still no engineer arrived. They have disable my account even though I have made the full payment on 29 th July 2020 for the month of August. Kindly return back my money for month of August as there is no service from the service provider. Even on raising the ticket multiple times, the ticket number is appearing as NA.My work totally hampered. I am attaching the payment details, Account status and ticket number.
