Under d vois i believe the ios broadband comes. They have the pathetic service i have ever seen. From 3-4 days i have complained 3-4 times and eventually no resolution. I was literally impatient now and anybody will be 1st time the complaint itself was not logged. 2nd complained was logged on[protected] and no one contacted me. 3rd i contacted them again and it was that they will send technician the next day morning and even that was false commitment. Now yesterday[protected] i raised other complaint and i told that was someone will contact me wihin 9 to 11 am and will be done priority basis. No one contacted me and then as i was escalating the customer care people conference d me with the technical team. They gave me lame excuses that my number was switched off. I told them to come right away at 11:30 am[protected]. They told will be there 30 minutes and now it is almost 4. I again contacted customer care and the technical person is like will be there in 50 minutes That is the suffering you have go through if you are customer of ion providers.
