1. On 17/03/2020, i went to roadpali ion office for reconnection. They instructed to lodge a complaint on customer care first, subsequently, a technician will visit to collect renewal fees and setting up the connection.
2. Lodged reconnection request on 18/03/2020 through customer care, was informed that since the connection not active, renewal cannot be done online and the same will be done by cash collection at home.
3. Been following up with the local ion office for complete one week and got the following responses:
A. Sir aapka modem kharaab hai. (He got to know about my defective modem even without checking, or asking me to switch on my equipment)
B. Sir aapka wire break hai. (How tedious is getting the wire reconnected, considering the hubs are installed in ever building these days.)
C. Sir, dusra banda aayega check karne (Someone else will come to check)
D. Sir next week mai hoga (No one has come yet!)
4. All these days, mr. Uddhav & mr. Kunal of the roadpali office are just juggling with the reconnection request.
5. Also, now, when contacting the customer service, the call gets disconnected when trying to speak to agent.
I want you guys to let me know the way out of this situation. Is it possible to get the reconnection done by you guys at all? Also, please let us know about your tat for requests.
