Since june 4th, i have raised almost more than 10 tickets for non availability of internet. Yesterday, i landed up raising more than 3 tickets in a day and it is very annoying that there is no premanent solution provided by the service provider till date. Its only a temporary fix that is done and we get a standard answer from the customer executives that our technician will visit to check and solve this permanently. Nobody has arrived in past one month. Not even called.
This is testing patience in a scenario like work from home where we are highly dependent on the broadband services. The customer executives don't have the eta and the pandemic is a new excuse for non availability of engineers.
This service provider caters in quite a lot nearby areas where i live and i have been hearing these complaints from almost everyone.
