[Resolved]  D2H — Complaint about your customer care

My customer id is 71062815.i have rechared 350 rupees but within twenty days disconned due to insufficient balance. i called your customer care at 9/8/2021 and they activated for one day and again disconneted. so i called again at 10/8/2021 two time without any response they disconneted the call and till now d2h is not working. can you solve the problem or i need to switch any other cable service. im using d2h for last ten years
