More than 1 MONTH over my HD DVR is dead. I have complained repeatedly, every time they have closed it without resolving the problem. Service engineer visited and charged srevicecharge of RS 200/- it worked for one day only. Again I contacted to customer care they said complaint was closed asked me to lodge it again, so I lodged it again, they promised of replacing the DVR which will never available in stock
For that we have to wait for long time, My DVR is dead and status of complaint is closed . To get resolved The old complaint which is closed without resolving I should lodge the complaint again. ISN'T IT Ridiculous?
But they are very efficient in taking the complaint and closing it without resolving
the problem.
Nobody cares of customers WHY SHOULD THEY CARE? because we have already recharged balance so they are getting their money without giving services. We should complaint to TRAI about this when services are disturbed how can they charge for the same ? They are cheating customers. We should have option for PORTING of DTH service providers like mobile SIM PORTING.
I have sent email to nodal officer also but nobody cares.
