We don't touch the stb the question of removal of smart cart does not arise. When called customer care centre, i was told to keep tv on so that they will reset the connection from their end online. After a while i was told that a service engineer will visit to set the problem right with a visit fee of ₹200/-. When stb, smart card is provided by the service provider it is their duty to see that customer get service un interruptedly. When i refused to pay any charges then i was threatened that your service will not resume unless you pay a visit fee. This is exploitation of customer. Videocon group is already in deep trouble And they are looting customers, this will be my month next month i will switch to tata sky Was this information helpful? | |||

I have took My D2h cable from my friend Mr. S. Sharma. we are stay in same room so D2H Cable with his name. after he leaving I transferred in my contact number but not allow to update my name and address.
